Four Days in Mammoth

This past weekend I was lucky enough to spend a long weekend snowboarding with my friends in Mammoth. We drove up from Santa Barbara very late on Thursday night. We didn’t get into Mammoth until about 3:30am on Friday morning. Friday we did not make it up too early to the mountain, but we did get out and go for some runs. However, at around 2:30pm most of the mountain was closed due to weather. The storm came through and it was snowing at our condo in Mammoth Lakes Saturday morning. However when we got on the mountain the snow had stopped. We still had a fun day on the mountain and met up with Woolley after his parade 🙂

My Winter Trip to Washington and Idaho

[fusion_text]Over the holidays I took a trip with my boyfriend to visit his mom in Liberty Lake in Eastern Washington and we also got to spend a few days snowboarding at Silver Mountain in Kellogg, Idaho. I had taken a trip to Seattle a few years ago, but this was my first trip to Liberty Lake which is a small town just outside of Spokane. I was very excited about the idea of having a white Christmas since snow was in the forecast during our trip! After spending some time in Liberty Lake finishing up holiday shopping, building Sim Cities and enjoying delicious egg nog with whisky #noglife!! We drove out to Silver Mountain on Christmas Eve. Silver Mountain is about an hour East of Liberty Lake. As we crossed into Idaho I was very excited to see snow on the ground and as we continued to drive up to the ski resort the snow started falling!
